bank is a USDC dividend machine built on Solana. You hold the $bank token; the fees its trading generates are swapped to USDC and paid out to holders — pro-rata to your balance — every 5 minutes, straight to the wallet you already hold with. There is nothing to stake, lock, claim, or register.

The flow, end to end

  1. Fees accrue. $bank is a USDC-quoted pump.fun token. Every buy/sell accrues USDC creator fees to the project treasury, on-chain.
  2. Fees collect as USDC. Because $bank trades against USDC, the fees arrive as USDC directly — no swap, no bridge, no SOL conversion. They simply pool in the treasury on Solana.
  3. Distribution.Every 5 minutes the platform snapshots all on-chain $bank balances and sends the treasury's spendable USDC to each eligible holder's wallet, in one (or a few batched) Solana transactions.
  4. Your share. Your payout = (your balance ÷ total eligible balance) × the USDC distributed that cycle. Buy more, earn more next cycle.

How to get paid

  1. Buy and hold $bank in a Solana wallet.
  2. That's it. There's no sign-up and no payout address to register — the USDC is sent to the same wallet that holds your $bank.
  3. From the next snapshot on, you receive USDC every cycle automatically, as long as you hold at least the minimum.

Your share is proportional to your balance at the snapshot. Trading mid-cycle simply changes your share next cycle.

Transparency

The treasury is a single Solana wallet shown live on the home page and linked to Solscan. Every distribution (with its on-chain Solana signature) is listed on the site as it happens, in real time. Nothing about the flow is hidden.

FAQ

Is a payout guaranteed? No. Distributions come from real trading-fee revenue — more volume means more USDC; no volume means a small or skipped cycle. $bank is experimental and nothing here is financial advice.

Do I have to claim or sign up? No. If you hold $bank, payouts are pushed to your wallet automatically every cycle.

What's the minimum? If your pro-rata share for a cycle is below a tiny floor (a fraction of a cent), it rolls into the treasury and counts toward your next, larger payout.

How fast are payouts?Distribution settles on Solana in seconds — there's no cross-chain bridge or confirmation wait.
